The Silver Copper Oxide nanoparticles (SCO NPs) were synthesized by using co-precipitation method, which were subsequently characterized by X-ray diffraction studies (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) analysis. The redox behavior of the SCO/MGCE was investigated through cyclic voltammetry, revealing a high electroactive surface area. The redox peaks were observed in 0.2 M phosphate buffer solution (PBS) of pH 7.0. The scan rate studies revealed that the process was governed by diffusion controlled. The pH dependence indicated that equal numbers of protons and electrons participated in the redox reaction and the limit of detection (LOD) and limit of quantification (LOQ) were obtained using varying analytes concentrations. SCO/MGCE showed excellent electrocatalytic effect towards the detection of Paracetamol.
