The development of advanced materials for electrochemical sensing has been stimulated considerable interest in tri-metal ferrite nanocomposite due to their excellent stability, enhanced surface area, and efficient electron transfer characteristics. In the present study, NiCoFe2O4/GO nanocomposite was synthesized by co-precipitation method, characterized, and employed as voltammetric sensors application. NiCoFe2O4/GO nanocomposite implemented as modifier to modify glassy carbon  electrode and was employed for electrochemical sensing of epinephrine. The oxidation peak currents demonstrated strong linear dependence over the concentration range of 10–100 μM, accompanied by excellent detection and quantification limits. These findings indicate that NiCoFe2O4/GO nanocomposite possess strong potential for epinephrine sensing applicable for clinical diagnostic
