CaCF@SiO2@Y2O3:Dy+3 core shell composite was synthesized using the co-precipitation process. The structure, luminous properties, colour purity, and electrochemical sensor of the synthesized core shell composite were thoroughly examined. The International Committee CaCF@SiO2@Y2O3:Dy+3 chromaticity coordinates were found in the yellow region, which is best suited for displaying the latent fingerprint images due to its high contrast and resolution. The levels 1-3 features of a fingerprint groove pattern may be easily identified due to the high contrast and resolution. Histamine sensing was also investigated using the synthesized core shell composites, and their high limit of detection values confirmed its suitability as an effective biosensor
