A novel series of imidazole-thiazole hydrazinyl derivatives (4a-4d) were synthesized through condensation and cyclization reactions and characterized using FT-IR (ATR), 1H NMR, and mass spectral analyses. The synthesized compounds were evaluated for their in vitro antioxidant activity using DPPH and ABTS radical scavenging assays, along with antidiabetic activity by α-amylase inhibition methods. Several derivatives exhibited significant antioxidant and antidiabetic activities with IC50 values comparable to those of the standard drugs. The biological activity of the compounds was found to be influenced by the nature and position of substituents present on the imidazole-thiazole framework. The results suggest that these imidazole-thiazole hydrazinyl derivatives possess promising pharmacological potential and may serve as useful candidates for further therapeutic investigations.
