New analogues of imidazole-thiazole hydrazinyl derivatives (4a-4d) were successfully synthesized via condensation followed by cyclization reactions. The structures of the synthesized compounds were confirmed by FT-IR (ATR), 1H NMR, and mass spectral analysis. The antioxidant activity of the derivatives was investigated using DPPH and ABTS free radical scavenging assays, whereas the antidiabetic potential was assessed through α-amylase inhibitory studies. Among the synthesized compounds, several analogues demonstrated appreciable biological activity with IC50 values close to those of the reference standards. The observed activities were significantly affected by the electronic characteristics of the substituents attached to the molecular scaffold. Overall, the synthesized imidazole-thiazole hydrazinyl derivatives exhibited promising antioxidant and antidiabetic properties, indicating their potential for further pharmaceutical applications.
